French toast healthy recipe

Ingredient:

 large egg
Milk 300 ml
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a teaspoon of cinnamon
4 white slices
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
A number of your choice (such as 2 tablespoons of honey maple syrup, or 2 teaspoons of sugar sugar)
Fruit as desired to decorate
Preparation:


In a wide dish, beat eggs, milk, vanilla or cinnamon together. Guti aside from the bread slices in. If it is not bread! Do you add a mixture of fresh milk?
